7 Grain Bread (Machine) Recipe

  1. Add in ingredients in the order listed.
  2. All ingredients must be at room temperature, unless otherwise noted.
  3. Select whole grain and baking control for light.
  4. Press start.
  5. Tent a piece of aluminum foil, shiny side down, over glass dome at start of baking.
  6. Remove when cooling begins.
  7. Bread will be ready in 4 hrs and 10 min.
  8. A dark, moist loaf which's perfect for sandwiches!
  9. Such is the reward when slicing into a loaf of 7-Grain Bread.
  10. The machine's great kneading power makes it moist, and the 7-grain cereal makes it full of extra fiber.
