Easy Layered Meat Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
  3. Place half the meat mixture in a loaf pan.
  4. Cover with cheese and relish, then cover with the remaining meat mixture.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Drain off accumulated fat.
  7. Turn loaf out into a shallow baking pan.
  8. Cover with remaining tomato sauce and bake 15 minutes longer.
