BBQ Chicken Melts

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients until blended.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Place 1 baguette piece, cut sides up, onto ovenproof pan.
  4. Spread with 2 Tbsp.
  5. (30 mL) sauce mixture.
  6. Shingle 4 oz.
  7. (115 g) chicken onto sauce.
  8. Top with 1/2 oz.
  9. (15 g) onions and 2 cheese slices.
  10. Broil 2 to 3 min.
  11. or until cheese is melted.
