BBQ Chicken Melts
- 1-1/2 cups Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ancho chile pepper powder
- 6 each baguettes, split lengthwise, cut into quarters
- grilled chicken breast strips
- 3 cups red onions, thinly sliced
- 24 slices Kraft Habanero Heat Cheese Slices, cut diagonally in half
- Combine first 3 ingredients until blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Place 1 baguette piece, cut sides up, onto ovenproof pan.
- Spread with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) sauce mixture.
- Shingle 4 oz.
- (115 g) chicken onto sauce.
- Top with 1/2 oz.
- (15 g) onions and 2 cheese slices.
- Broil 2 to 3 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
