Malay Curry Paste

• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 2 teaspoons ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1 tablespoon green chili, seeded and finely chopped

1. Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined.
