Garlic Parmesan Croutons

  1. Combine oil, butter and garlic cloves in a large nonstick skillet and warm over medium heat.
  2. Once butter has just melted, add bread cubes to pan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 710 minutes, stirring every minute once bread begins to brown, or until browned and crisp on the outside, but still slightly chewy in the center.
  4. Add a drizzle or two of oil if pan becomes too dry.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, add cheese and toss to combine.
  6. Discard garlic.
  7. Enjoy.
