Simple & Hospitable Fried Chicken Tenderloin Sticks
- 6 Chicken tenderloin
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Flour (cake flour)
- 1 Beaten egg
- 1 Panko
- 1 Tonkatsu Sauce (optional)
- 1 Ketchup (optional)
- 1 Frying oil
- Remove the sinew from the chicken, butterfly, and cut vertically into 3 pieces.
- You can cut smaller tenderloins into 2 pieces
- Place Step 1 into a dish, add the ingredients and mix it all together.
- Cover the chicken from Step 2 with flour, beaten egg, and panko in that order.
- Deep fry in oil at 180C until golden brown.
- Arrange on a plate and then they're done.
- Depending on how you are arranging them, cut the longer ones in half if necessary and serve as finger food
- They're flavorful without sauce, but if you prefer, eat with tonkatsu sauce or ketchup.
