Simple & Hospitable Fried Chicken Tenderloin Sticks

  1. Remove the sinew from the chicken, butterfly, and cut vertically into 3 pieces.
  2. You can cut smaller tenderloins into 2 pieces
  3. Place Step 1 into a dish, add the ingredients and mix it all together.
  4. Cover the chicken from Step 2 with flour, beaten egg, and panko in that order.
  5. Deep fry in oil at 180C until golden brown.
  6. Arrange on a plate and then they're done.
  7. Depending on how you are arranging them, cut the longer ones in half if necessary and serve as finger food
  8. They're flavorful without sauce, but if you prefer, eat with tonkatsu sauce or ketchup.
