crock pot roast potatoes carrots/ then vegs beef soup w remaining left overs

• 2 can beefy mushroom soup
• 5 lb roast i use rump roast
• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 1 medium bag small cut carrots

1. mix soups, water, envelope onion soup mix together pour over roast in crock pot
2. cook on low heat 6-8 hrs until comes apart w fork
3. potatoes and carrots cook until tender maybe I hr.
4. makes great gravy for rice as extra or fresh loaf bread
