Ham Fries With Sriracha Mayonnaise

  1. Make sriracha mayo and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut ham into strips resembling thick cut french fries.
  3. In a large sauce pan add oil and bring temperature to 350F.
  4. Do not fill pan more than half full!
  5. !
  6. On a plate place flour and dredge ham fries.
  7. Once oil has reached temperature, drop in ham fries and cook 5-7 minutes until a medium brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels.
  9. Best served hot!
