Cheesecake Pie

  1. Combine crumbs and butter.
  2. Firmly press into bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. *
  4. Chill.
  5. Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice.
  6. Pour into prepared crust; bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Cook 5 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
  10. Spread over pie, bake 5 additional minutes.
  11. Cool to room temperature; refrigerate at least 5 hours.
  12. *Or use a 9 inch prepared graham cracker pie crust.
