Chicken Tenders

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse the tenders and pat them dry on paper towel.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. Dip one at a time in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, using a fork to dip it into the egg mixture.

  7. Heat an oven proof pan to medium-high on the stove top with the oil.
  8. Place the tenders into the heated grease and cook for 30 seconds on each side.
  9. Place the pre-fried tenders onto a cookie sheet.
  10. Finish cooking them in the oven for about 5 minutes more, until tenders are pretty firm to the touch.
  11. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with more salt to keep them crispy.
  12. Serve immediately.
