Round Steak Stuffed Dinner Recipe

• 1 round steak
• Stuffed (bread) make own or possibly pkg.

1. Lay round steak flat and put in stuffing and roll up.
2. Hold together with toothpicks.
3. Put on rack in roasting pan and add in halved potatoes and carrot quarters.
4. Cover and bake in roaster for approximately 1 hour.
5. Add in small amount of water.
