Teriyaki Chicken

  1. Combine CRISCO Oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger and pepper in heavy re-sealable plastic bag or mixing bowl.
  2. Add chicken breasts; marinate 30 minutes, or longer, if desired.
  3. Heat broiler.
  4. Line broiler pan with heavy duty aluminum foil; spray with CRISCO No Stick Cooking Spray.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade.
  6. Place on prepared broiler rack.
  7. Pour marinade into small saucepan; bring to a boil.
  8. Boil until liquid is reduced by one-half.
  9. Broil chicken 5 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
  10. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch slices.
  11. Drizzle slices with reduced marinade.
  12. Serve immediately.
