  1. Spray rice cooker container with vegetable non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add all ingredients except lime juice and peanuts.
  3. Cover and cook until rice cooker shuts off.
  4. Careully remove cover.
  5. Gently stir in lime juice and peanuts.
  6. Serves 6.
