Christina's Spicy Sirloin With Chimichurri

  1. Trim fat from the steak, and set aside.
  2. Combine cilantro and the next 9 ingrediants in a large ziplock bag.
  3. Add steak to the bag, and seal.
  4. Marinate in refridgerator for 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove steak from the bag; discard marinade.
  6. Prepare the grill.
  7. Place steak in grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill steak for 8 minutes on each side untill desired degree of doneness.
  8. let stand for 3 minutes.
  9. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
  10. Serve with Chimichurri sauce.
