Glazed Pork Roast Recipe
- 3 to 4 pound boneless pork roast (seasoned to taste)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- Season pork roast to desired taste (salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, etc.)
- in roasting pan.
- Add in about 1/2 c. water in the bottom of pan.
- Roast approximately 30 min per lb.
- at 350 degrees uncovered.
- About 1/2 hour before roast is done, heat and stir 16 oz can of cranberry sauce, blending orange juice and brown sugar in pan, then brush on top of roast.
- Before serving, spoon remaining warm glaze over pork.
