Quick Fish in Wine Sauce

  1. Place fish fillet in microwave safe dish.
  2. Dot with liquid margarine.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Add mushrooms and green onions.
  5. Pour wine and fat free dressing over fish.
  6. Place in microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  7. Serve with pasta or rice and steamed vegetables.
