Chicken and Potato Casserole

  1. Saute onions in butter.
  2. Heat milk, sauted onions, soup, chicken and sour cream.
  3. In bottom of buttered baking dish place a layer of shredded potatoes.
  4. About 1- 2-inches thick.
  5. Pour half of heated sauce over layer of potatoes.
  6. Then add a layer of cheese.
  7. Repeat for one more layer of potatoes and sauce and cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 for 30- 45 minutes covered.
