Sliced Egg Sandwich

• 1 whole grain bagel
• 1 leaf lettuce
• 2 -3 slices tomatoes
• 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
• 2 teaspoons mayonnaise (optional) or 2 teaspoons basil pesto (optional)

1. Toast bagel if desired; place on serving plate.
2. Top with lettuce, tomato slice, har-cooked egg skices and mayonnaise.
