White Chocolate Brownie Bits
- 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 13 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 14 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup pecans, chopped, toasted (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350F Gease and line an 8 or 9 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, overlapping 2 sides for easy removal.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
- Stir until combined.
- Cool.
- Beat eggs, sugars and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Add cooled chocolate mixture.
- Mix until blended.
- Combine next 4 ingredients and stir into batter.
- Stir in pecans.
- Spread batter in prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven 25-30 minutes, or until firm on the outside but moist inside.
- Cool in pan.
- Loosen brownies from sides of pan and lift out using overhanging parchment paper as handles.
- Cut into squares.
- TIP: Add 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate with the pecans.
