Pasta Seafood Salad
- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. imitation crab sticks (Murry Steaks are best)
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 large or 1 small green pepper
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 tsp. whole oregano
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- dash of red or cayenne pepper
- 2 to 3 capfuls Wesson oil
- Cook spaghetti until tender.
- Drain and set aside to cool. Dice tomato, onion and green pepper into smallest pieces possible. Dice crab sticks into small cubes.
- Add ingredients including spices to cooled spaghetti.
- You may add oil at this time and refrigerate or wait until ready to serve.
- (Be sure not to put too much oil on salad.)
- This dish is best prepared the day before serving.
- Great as a side dish.
- Can be served cold or at room temperature (very good).
