Lemon Balsamic Vinnaigrette

  1. Whisk together in a bowl, all ingredients except the olive oil.
  2. Or whiz in a food processor.
  3. While whisking or running the food processor slow drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified.
  4. Even easier, place all ingredient in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake!
  5. Serve.
