Baked Brie with Cranberry Chutney

  1. to make chutney: combine water & sugar in saucepan, stir & bring to boil.
  2. add cranberries, Congrats, nuts, sugar, ginger & garlic.
  3. boil slowly, stirring till thick 5-10 min.
  4. cool & refrigerated.
  5. place brie in a shallow dish.
  6. spread chutney over top of cheese.
  7. bake at 350 for 5-10 min, just to soften brie.
