Vegetable Quiche Recipe

  1. Mix the cheese and flour and sprinkle into pie pan.
  2. Spread the vegetables on top.
  3. Beat Large eggs with half & half; add in salt and dill and pour this mix over vegetables.
  4. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour or possibly till puffed and brown.
  5. Cold 15 min before cutting.
