Miso Stir-Fry with Garlic Shoots and Konnyaku
- 1 bunch Garlic shoots
- 1 Konnyaku
- 1 tbsp Red miso or blended miso
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 1/2 tsp Weipa
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp White sesame seeds
- Combine the marked ingredients well.
- Cut the garlic shoots into 5 cm pieces and cut the konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pan, heat the sesame oil.
- Over medium-high heat, cook the garlic shoots and konnyaku together well.
- When everything is cooked through, add the seasoning mixture to Step 1 and combine everything together and cook for another a few minutes.
- Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
- Variations It was good with green bell peppers.
- *I used 2 green peppers
