Miso Stir-Fry with Garlic Shoots and Konnyaku

  1. Combine the marked ingredients well.
  2. Cut the garlic shoots into 5 cm pieces and cut the konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a pan, heat the sesame oil.
  4. Over medium-high heat, cook the garlic shoots and konnyaku together well.
  5. When everything is cooked through, add the seasoning mixture to Step 1 and combine everything together and cook for another a few minutes.
  6. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
  7. Variations It was good with green bell peppers.
