Roasted Dijon Garlic Mediterranean Pizza
- 4 each prepared Pizza Dough (1-lb. balls)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups A.1. Gourmet Sauce, Dijon Roasted Garlic
- - crumbled feta cheese, divided
- 1-1/3 cups Roma tomatoes, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/3 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
- 1-1/3 cups red onions, thinly sliced, sauteed
- 1-1/3 cups pitted Kalamata olives, drained, chopped
- 1 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
- - grilled medium-rare boneless beef strip steaks (1 inch thick), very thinly sliced
- Roll out each ball of dough on lightly floured surface to 14-inch circle; dock evenly with fork.
- Place on pizza screens; brush with oil.
- Bake in 400 degrees F-convection oven 3 to 4 min.
- or until crusts are crisp and lightly browned.
- Spread each with 1/2 cup sauce; sprinkle with 2 oz.
- cheese.
- Top evenly with Roma tomatoes, artichokes, onions, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, steak and remaining cheese.
- Bake an additional 2 to 3 min.
