Lisa's Ice Box Cake
- 14 ounces graham crackers
- 2 (4 ounce) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 (4 ounce) boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- Layer graham crackers in a 13 x 9 inch pan (like lasagna noodles).
- Mix the chocolate pudding according to pie filling directions.
- Spread over the crackers.
- Mix the vanilla pudding according to pie filling directions.
- Spread over the crackers.
- Spread Cool Whip on Top.
- For Garnish - either crumble a few graham crackers or chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate and serve when ready.
