Mum's Best Pakoras
- 3 cups of g. flour (basin)
- 1/4 tsp. bicarb powder
- 1 tsp. of ginger, garlic and chilli paste (mix)
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of red chilli powder
- 2 tsp. of cumin seeds
- 2 onoins
- 2 potatoes
- tbsp of oil
- Put the gram flour, bicarb poweder and all the spices into a large mixing bowl and mix.
- Add water- just enough to make a smooth paste.
- Finally add either sliced onions OR potatoes and mix.
- Gently spoon a small amount and shallow fry till golden and crispy.
