Mum's Best Pakoras

  1. Put the gram flour, bicarb poweder and all the spices into a large mixing bowl and mix.
  2. Add water- just enough to make a smooth paste.
  3. Finally add either sliced onions OR potatoes and mix.
  4. Gently spoon a small amount and shallow fry till golden and crispy.
