One-Pan Pantry Pot Pie
- 10 34 ounces low-fat cream of celery soup
- 10 34 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 (16 ounce) cans mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 Cornish hen, cooked
- Strip meat of game hen from the bone; combine with soups, milk, vegetables, seasonings in a 9" x 13" baking pan.
- Unroll defrosted puff pastry and place on top of mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
