Jude's Barbecue Meatballs
- 1 lb hamburger
- 14 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 13 cup water
- 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 116 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 18 teaspoon celery salt
- 14 teaspoon parsley
- In a bowl, mix hamburger, 1/4 tsp liquid smoke, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt and chopped onion together.
- Shape into small balls and brown in a skillet.
- In a saucepan combine the remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add in meatballs and heat through.
- Meatballs can be kept warm in a crock pot or fondue pot.
