Deborah's Slow Cooker Spicy Black Eyed Peas
- 4 (14 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- Combine black-eyed peas, butter, onion, ham, bell pepper, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, garlic, and seasoned salt in a slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 4 hours.
