Spinach, Blue Cheese, Pecan, and Cranberry Wraps
- 8 ounces cream cheese (reduced-fat) spreadable
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped toasted
- 1/2 cup cranberries, dried sweetened
- 8 each flour tortillas (8 inch) 98% fat-free
- 1 each apples, granny smith thinly sliced
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- Stir together first 4 ingredients until blended; stir in blue cheese, pecans, and cranberries.
- Spread about 13 cup cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer evenly with apple slices and spinach.
- Roll up, and secure with wooden picks.
