Coconut Curry Sauce

  1. Heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add paste and cook, stirring for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in coconut cream.
  4. Add fish sauce, ginger, coconut milk, sugar and salt.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Stir in chiles and basil.
