Baked Salmon with Avocado and Tomato Salsa
- 1 skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place fish, skin side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet; brush with 1 Tbsp dressing.
- Bake 17 to 19 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining dressing with tomatoes, avocados and onions.
- Top fish with tomato mixture.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
