By the Sea Casserole

  1. In medium bowl, combine vegetables and tuna.
  2. Mix in rice, soup and milk.
  3. Put mixture in a microwave safe 1 1/2 quart dish.
  4. Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
  5. Stir.
  6. Recover and microwave 6-8 minutes more or til rice is tender.
  7. Stir casserole and sprinkle with crackers.
