Creamy Linguini with Grilled Chicken and Vegetables
- 1 gal. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, corn, red peppers), thawed
- 1 gal. fat-free milk
- 3 qt. grilled chicken, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3 cups OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup garlic powder
- 3 gal. Cooked linguine
- 3 cups PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
- Combine vegetables, milk, chicken, bacon and garlic powder in large stockpot.
- Bring to boil on medium-high heat; simmer on low heat 4 to 5 min.
- or until heated through, sitirring occasionally.
- Add pasta and cream cheese; mix lightly.
- Cook until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
