Egg Pastry (For Steak And Onion Pie) Recipe

• 1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 c. Crisco
• 1 egg, slightly beaten

1. Mix flour and salt.
2. Add in 1/2 of Crisco and cut in till as fine as meal.
3. Add in remaining Crisco and cut in till particles are size of large peas.
4. Add in egg, mixing thoroughly into a dough.
5. Makes sufficient pastry to cover an 8 inch casserole.
