Egg Pastry (For Steak And Onion Pie) Recipe
- 1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. Crisco
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Mix flour and salt.
- Add in 1/2 of Crisco and cut in till as fine as meal.
- Add in remaining Crisco and cut in till particles are size of large peas.
- Add in egg, mixing thoroughly into a dough.
- Makes sufficient pastry to cover an 8 inch casserole.
