Creamy Pumpkin Soup

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream of potato soup, broth, pumpkin, butter, and cream.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger.
  3. Stir until blended, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, and pour into a tureen.
  6. Sprinkle the top with paprika, and top with seasoned croutons.
