Rum-Tum Drums

• Royal Icing
• 2 Winter White Oreo Cookies
• decorating gels or icings
• black shoestring licorice
• decorative candies

1. Spread bottom (flat) side of 1 Winter White Oreo Cookie with Royal Icing (see Tip below); cover with second cookie, flat side down, to resemble a drum.
2. Decorate side of drum with decorating gels or icing and decorative candies.
3. Top with 2 small pieces of black shoestring licorice for the "drumsticks."
