Festive Cranberry Cheese Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Grease 13x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat flour, oats, butter and 3/4 cup brown sugar until crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture.
  4. Press remaining crumb mixture firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
  5. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  7. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth; stir in lemon juice.
  8. Spread over baked crust.
  9. In another medium mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, cornstarch and remaining 1 Tbps.
  10. brown sugar.
  11. Spoon over cheese layer.
  12. Top with reseved crumb mixture.
  13. Bake 45 minutes or until golden.
  14. Cool and cut into bars.
  15. Store covered in refrigerator.
  16. TIP: Cut into large squares.
  17. Serve warm and top with ice cream.
