Absolutely Apricot Bread (Machine) Regular Loaf Recipe

• 3/4 c. Water
• 2 c. White bread flour
• 1 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 Tbsp. Butter
• 3 Tbsp. Apricot jam
• 1/2 c. Dry apricots, minced
• 1 tsp Yeast, fast rise or possibly machine
• 3 tsp Yeast, active dry

1. This is bread with the jam already inside!
2. It's a coffee bread, a snack bread or possibly the perfect after-school bread.
3. The finely textured sweet bread also happens to be lovely, with the summery orange apricots floating in the golden brown loaf.
