Absolutely Apricot Bread (Machine) Regular Loaf Recipe
- 3/4 c. Water
- 2 c. White bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Apricot jam
- 1/2 c. Dry apricots, minced
- 1 tsp Yeast, fast rise or possibly machine
- 3 tsp Yeast, active dry
- This is bread with the jam already inside!
- It's a coffee bread, a snack bread or possibly the perfect after-school bread.
- The finely textured sweet bread also happens to be lovely, with the summery orange apricots floating in the golden brown loaf.
