Fried mashed potatoes and gravy bombs

  1. Pour gravy into Ice cube tray,and place in freezer, un-mold gravy cubes and cut into 4 pieces
  2. In large bowl mix potatoes, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
  3. Place eggs, flour, and bread crumbs into 3 separate bowls.
  4. Wrap 2 tablespoons of potatoes around 1 gravy cube.
  5. Dredge in flour, shake off excess, dip into eggs, and coat in panko, repeat with remaining bombs
  6. Heat oil to 375f, fry bombs a few at a time for 3-4 minutes out until golden brown, drain and serve warm
