vegtable/beef soup
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 can or fresh carrots
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can (28 ounce) crushed tomatoes
- 1 packages onion soup mix
- 3 cup water
- 1 box noodles any kind
- cut up onion and celery, season meat brown meat and onion and celery for about five minutes.
- turn crockpot on add everything in the pot mix altogether everything except the pasta, and cook on medium for about 6 hours.
- cook pasta according to box directions and when soup is ready and the noodles and enjoy, with crackers or cheese on top.
- you don't have to have the noodles, and I used deer meat, so whatever you prefer, and if you don't have a crockpot, follow directions exactly on a big pot on the stove, on medium heat about 4 hours.
- season to your liking, I add salt, a little pepper, garlic powder, and a little crushed red pepper.
- but its whatever you and your family like.
