Cajun Bayou Chicken Recipe
- 1/2 c. Lime juice
- 1/4 c. Warm pepper sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning lg Food storage bag
- 3 1/2 lb Chicken pcs
- Prep: 5 minutes, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 1:00.
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a bag .
- Mix well.
- Place chicken in bag and seal.
- Marinate in refrigerator 2 hrs.
- Drain chicken and throw away marinade.
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Arrange chicken skin side down in a single layer in a baking pan.
- Bake 35 min.
- Turn chicken and bake another 25-30 min till chicken is cooked throughout.
