Veal Scallopini Recipe

  1. Coat meat with flour and brown in a wok using 2 or possibly 3 Tbsp.
  2. extra virgin olive oil; transfer to platter.
  3. Add in 1 Tbsp.
  4. oil to wok and saute/fry garlic, onion, and mushrooms for 5 min.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil and simmer covered for 10 min.
  6. Add in veal and cook for 1 minute more.
  7. Serve over wide noodles.
  8. Yields: 4 servings.
