Dutch Apple Cheesecake

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine or butter, sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Press firmly on bottom and side of 8 or 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
  3. Prepare cheesecake filling according to package directions using milk and apple juice; fold in chopped apple.
  4. Spread into prepared crust.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and apple slices.
