Dutch Apple Cheesecake
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 cup apple
- whipped cream
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine or butter, sugar and cinnamon.
- Press firmly on bottom and side of 8 or 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
- Prepare cheesecake filling according to package directions using milk and apple juice; fold in chopped apple.
- Spread into prepared crust.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Garnish with whipped cream and apple slices.
