Couscous with Peas, Cashews, and Raisins

  1. Boil 3 cups water.
  2. Pour the water over the couscous in a heatproof container.
  3. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  5. If the mixture needs more moisture, stir in a small amount of water, and serve.
