*Momo*
- 2 piece onion, chopped
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/4 cabbage
- 600 grams minced chicken
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 6 clove roughly chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 water
- Mix all the veggies and keep it aside.
- Make sure that all the veggies are raw.
- No need to boil.
- Add salt, vinegar, chilli powder , lemon juice and mix well with butter
- Now make a dough with the flour and a little bit salt and water.Make sure the dough isn't too sticky.
- Keep it aside for 30 minutes and cover it with a wet cloth.
- Now make small thin chappatis and stuff it with the mixture and turn it into the shape of the momos.
- Remember you should tear of the extra dough in each Momo or else I'll not taste good.
- Now cook those momos in steam for about 20 minutes.
- Ready to be served!
