Piping Hot! Baked Kabocha Squash with Cheese
- 1/8 Kabocha squash
- 3 slice Easy melting type cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Slice the kabocha squash into 1 cm slices and heat in the microwave.
- Grease a baking dish with margarine and arrange the kabocha in the dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.
- Top with white (bechamel) sauce to make it even more delicious.
