Yummy Brownies

• 1 cup butter
• 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
• 5 eggs
• 2 12 cups sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 12 cups sugar
• 1 12 cups toffee pieces (optional) or 1 12 cups walnuts (optional)

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9x13 baking dish.

4. Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from hear.
6. Hint: It helps if you melt butter first.

8. In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.

10. Add chocolate mixture and mix well using electric mixer.

12. Add salt and flour and mix well with mixer.

14. Optional, gently fold in toffee or walnuts.

16. Pour into baking dish and bake for 45 -50 minutes.
