Red Beans and Rice

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the rice) in the bowl of your crockpot.
  2. Cook on high for 6 hours.
  3. Once beans are tender, mash about half of them in the crockpot.
  4. This helps give the beans that starchy sauce!
  5. Finish cooking time.
  6. Serve over rice.
  7. Enjoy!
